I have no wit, I have no words, no tears;

Saturday was Live at Leeds! It was so much fun, above is a picture taken by Helen of my solo set. Pictures were taken of my second set with Zee and the Essentials but I’ve not got access to them as of yet.
Both sets were really good fun, especially the second one (singing about suicide and being broken hearted isn’t as fun unfortunately) with Zee and the Essentials, such a wonderful positive vibe from the audience, they were all singing alone to all the songs, even our originals and it just felt really wonderful to be a part of something like that.
My mum and her boyfriend, Graham, came down as well, which meant a lot, especially because they didn’t get to leave until midnight and then had to drive all the way home! I just had a really lovely night, so many great things happened and yeah.
Now I have one day to write an essay on talent shows and their impact on the music industry (easy, but time consuming) and some bullshit ‘survival guide’ for the music industry (far too time consuming for it’s worth), then I have three weeks of recitals and gigs, one week of being home and I am off to America and Summer begins.

[Flash 9 is required to listen to audio.] 69 plays

212 Blue (Da Ba De) - Azealia Banks and Eiffel 65 Mashup

My first attempt at making a mashup, trying to learn new production skillz, reblog if you like it or tell me what you think of it because it was quite fun and I’d like to do more.

This is me playing Roses - Outkast with Zee and the Essentials, it was very nervewracking!

You should like our page on facebook because Zee is even more sassy than I am and we have loads of stuff ready to show y’all!

New Cover! All of the Lights - Kanye West with the wonderful Zee. It’s jazzy (what a surprise).

So tomorrow one of my songs is being played on the radio!

‘Preston FM’ are playing my song Morning Sickness (well, a radio edit of it) tomorrow any time from 9-10PM!

So if you want to listen to that, you can worldwide (I think). It’ll be pretty cool and if they have good listening figures it might be nice. You can do so here. (Listen Live button on top right hand corner)

Yeah so that’s cool!

New video! Turning Tables - Adele with the lovely Jossie, whom you may or may not remember from the previous video.

New Cover! Rihanna - Skin

I’ll admit this: i’ve never listened to Skin before, we were just having a jam. I am listening to it for the first time while writing this description and it’s rather different I guess but that’s not a bad thing. I like both versions and I hope you do too!

Video Games - Lana Del Rey (Cover)

New video from last night when I went to Bella’s house for a sleepover, a duet of Lana Del Rey’s song ‘Video Games’! Hope you like it!
